Our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm daily.
We do our best to maintain privacy and host a secure marina. We use key fob access at our entry gate and all our gangway gates. The Newport Dunes Resort provides 24-hour security patrols of the area.
Newport Dunes Marina believes in the important of sustainability, especially since we are at the gateway to the Back Bay Nature Preserve. We use eco-friendly choices for our landscaping and maintenance work. The Newport Dunes catering department uses recyclables whenever possible. We also do our best to stay away from single-use plastics.

It is about 3.5 miles to open water, about 45 minutes at 5MPH.
The height of the bridge is 24’ at mean lower-low tide (0’).
Newport Dunes no longer permits liveaboards.
Slip parking is included in the designated marina parking lot for tenants and their guests. Dry storage tenants will receive up to two I.D. cards that include parking for the named card bearer.
Slips are equipped with 30 and or 50amp shore power.
Pumpout stations are located at the ends of F and T docks.
The marina has four designated guest slips. Additional slips may be available.
The launch ramp is open 24 hours every day.
