Full Kitchen

A full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven is open to residents of the Marina, and may be reserved with the adjacent banquet room through the Sales and Catering Office.

Waterpark and Rentals

The Waterpark on the lagoon offers inflatable rides for the kids in the Summer, and Paddle Board, Pedal Boat and Electric Boat rentals.

Cozy Lobby and TV Room

Relax in our comfortable lobby, stop by on weekends for coffee, and watch TV in the furnished upstairs lobby.

Marina Clubhouse

The large marina clubhouse is available for tenants at Newport Dunes Marina, and may be reserved for parties and events through the Sales and Catering Department.

Pool and Spa

Relax in our on-site pool and spa, located adjacent to the Marina office. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are included.
